The Women’s Healing Collective
An 8-Week Therapeutic Journey of Self-Discovery, Connection & Embodied Healing
Facilitated by Monica & Jamie
Healing is not about becoming someone new—it's about remembering who you have always been beneath the expectations, conditioning, stress, and life experiences that have shaped you.
This eight-week therapeutic immersion has been intentionally designed to support women in reconnecting with themselves through evidence-informed mental health education, somatic healing practices, mindfulness, experiential exercises, meaningful conversation, creative expression, and the power of authentic community.
Each gathering offers a safe, compassionate space to slow down, reconnect with your inner wisdom, and cultivate lasting tools that support emotional well-being long after the program ends.
Every session follows a thoughtfully curated flow:
Opening grounding meditation
Community check-in
Psychoeducation & therapeutic teaching
Reflection & partner/group dialogue
Guided experiential practice
Integration exercise
Weekly home practice
Participants will receive practical resources, and evidence-based tools to continue integrating each week's learning into everyday life. Schedule is subject to change based on the needs of the group and the individuals in the container.

Guided by Jamie Joy + Monica Bookbinder
Our goal for creating this space came after realizing the limited support that’s available in the community for women who may be struggling with their mental health, connecting with others, personal development and more.
Meet Jamie Joy, a Licensed Nurse Practitioner, Double Board Certified in Family Medicine and Psychiatry. With over a decade of clinical experience, Jamie blends the science of Western medicine with the wisdom of Eastern holistic practices to support mental and emotional well-being.
Her personal spiritual journey into psychology, yoga, art, meditation, and sound healing was shaped by transformative life experiences with teachers, in community, global travel, inner work, & deep integration work with plant medicine. Guided by a profound curiosity about the intersection of psychology and conscious awakening, Jamie’s integrative approach honors the mind, body, and spirit connection, in meeting each individual exactly where they are on their healing journey.
Through evidence-based care and soulful practices, Jamie creates spaces for individuals to slow down, reset, and reconnect with their true self. Intentionally inviting individuals to explore purpose/consciousness, creativity, self expression, connection, self-care, and healing through alternative modalities of art, movement, breath, meditation, and frequency. Find out more about Mind Over Mood Mental Health and Wellness.
Meet Monica Bookbinder, a Certified Feng Shui Practitioner, Founder of Raw Monje Healthy Treats, Artist, Birth Doula + Yogi. Raw Monje is a Healthy Lifestyle Brand that produces and sells organic superfood drink blends and hosts community events including Smoothie classes. She assists humans to Bloom and Thrive in all areas of life. At the heart of what she does is invite people to show up to their lives with authenticity and integrity. She helps others shift energy in their bodies, lives and homes using the power of BTB Feng Shui, high vibrational superfoods, music and other holistic modalities.
Her goal is to help people clear negative energy and patterns and get very intentional with creating lives they love instead of letting this World define their paths. She helps others to see and create beauty in their homes, minds and lives so they can live their best, authentic, happiest lives with ease.
Please arrive with an open heart and mind and a journal and pen. All of you is welcomed in the safe space. We can’t wait to have you.
